Welcome to the new website of the Carteret Exempt Firemen's Association. Established in 1924, this organization is part of the New Jersey State Exempt Firemen's Association and consists of firefighters who have earned their exempt firemen's status to establish harmony of action, insure prosperity and success, promote the best interest of it's members, and to cultivate and perpetuate a fraternal friendship among it's members.

	2011 Carteret Exempt Association meeting dates have been announced. Please click on the Calendar of Events page for specific information.
	125th Annual New Jersey Exempts Convention date has been announced. The event will be June 4th at Milltown Fire Department, Milltown, NJ. Milltown Fire Department's 100th Anniversary celebration will be on the same date.
	Congratulations to Captain Sam Goddess who was named Recording Secretary to the Carteret Exempt Firemen's Association.
